Enrollment Requirements
You are eligible for benefits when you are an actively employed full-time employee working 30 hours or more per week. Your benefits are effective the day after completing 29 days of active employment. You may enroll your eligible dependents for coverage once you are eligible. Eligible dependents include your spouse, natural children, stepchildren or legally adopted children, or children for whom you are the legal guardian.
Qualifying Life Events Requirements
You have 30 days from the date of the Life Event to make changes to your benefits. If you do not make updates within the 30-day enrollment period, you will have to wait until the annual Open Enrollment period to make changes. There are no exceptions.
