Basic Life and AD&D

Life insurance is an important part of your financial security, especially if others depend on you for support. Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is designed to provide a benefit in the event of accidental death or dismemberment. The STG Family of Companies provides Basic Life and AD&D Insurance to all eligible employees at no cost to you:

* Basic Life is one times your annual base earnings up to a maximum of $150,000.
* AD&D is one times your base earnings up to a maximum benefit of $150,000.

Please note the benefits reduce to 65% at age 65 and reduce to 50% at age 70.
